Speaking at Future of Health forum London

Running Sucks

Last week I had the pleasure of speaking alongside an inspiring group of digital health visionaries at Protein’s Future of Health forum. Set in London’s new Ace Hotel in Shoreditch, the event was part of global network Protein’s monthly Future Of series.

At Future of Health I spoke alongside Charlie Dark, founder of Run Dem Crew (pictured above), who inspired the audience by telling his personal story of getting kids off the streets through running, Dan Bladon of Design & Prosper, who spoke about his experiences building some leading digital health apps, and Dot Lip from Lovage, who talked about healthy eating.

I was asked to talk about the emergence of Quantified Self as a movement, how I came to get into it and what the future may hold. It was a great turnout and if this event is anything to go by, Protein’s upcoming forums are well worth looking out for. The print publication to accompany the Future of Health event is also available to purchase from the Protein website here.
