Wearable tech eschews the end of apps

A new feature just out in Wired magazine on the future (death) of apps is well worth a read for those interested in wearable tech. As apps increasingly talk to each other and to our wearables while we are not using them, the traditional notion and use of an app is rapidly dying off. I’ve seen this in action and completely agree with the suggestion that apps need to be living services to be ready for the future, and not simply ‘blades in a swiss army knife’.
